Transcript Requests

Requests for transcripts should be emailed to derster2@schools.nyc.gov.  Emails should include:

• Full Name (Name used during time at Flushing HS if different)
• Date of Birth (MO/DAY/YEAR)
• ID Number (OSIS) – if available
• Year of Graduation or first year of attendance at Flushing HS
• Where you would like the transcript to be sent
  • Transcripts sent via mail are official transcripts in sealed envelopes.  Please do not open.
  • If transcripts are sent directly to a college/university from the transcript secretary it is considered an official transcript as well
